Prioriteyes occupies a very small, very specialised niche in the Social Services industry and on the basis of our experience of working with them, they do so very successfully. Given that they must have a very narrow recruitment base, they have been very effective in providing us with a series of very experienced Rehabilitation Officers during a period of staffing difficulty.
Kirsty and Norma are excellent communicators and took time to understand what our needs were, and have been very attentive in ensuring that we have been happy with the service provided. I’m not aware of any other agencies providing a similar service but I would have no hesitation in going back to Prioriteyes if circumstances and budgets indicated the need.

“Over the past year or so, our charity has been developing a Personal Safety course specifically for people with low and no vision. We worked alongside Scottish War Blinded near Edinburgh, and Forth Valley Sensory Centre near Falkirk, but struggled to find any groups in Ayrshire to help us promote the courses – that is until we met Norma Baillie and PrioritEyes. Norma has helped us tremendously, from recommending our free courses to her clients with low or no vision, to helping us promote our charity by arranging vision impaired models for our fundraising fashion show and taking part in the Ardrossan Castle Gala Day Parade as part of our Wallace’s Warriors group.
Our weekly Personal Safety class is now well attended and much of this is thanks to the wonderful collaboration we have with PrioritEyes. Norma also arranged a meeting with RNIB representatives to help further our course development. We cannot thank Norma and PrioritEyes enough for their continued support and endorsement.”
Alan Bell, The Scottish Centre for Personal Safety
I first became aware of PrioritEyes and the work they do when I was at University many years ago and I know Norma and PrioritEyes to be the largest provider of Vision Rehabilitation Workers in the UK.
Over the years I have heard many positive comments from Rehab colleagues who have worked for, or had interaction with PrioritEyes and Norma Baillie. I therefore had no hesitation in making contact recently when our organisation had vacancies for a number of Rehab Workers. Norma has very quickly and efficiently provided us with 4 Locum Rehabs to date and is looking for another.
I have found both Norma and Kirsty to be pleasant and efficient in their communications with us to date and replies to all liaisons usually by the end of the working day. Many thanks to Norma, Kirsty and PrioritEyes!”

“The contact with representatives from PrioritEyes has been excellent, very efficient and helpful.
The Rehabilitation worker supplied by Prioriteyes to meet my service’s needs as an agreed assignment has been very good. The worker is very experienced, has an excellent customer focus, is a team player and completes the complex case work in a professional and timely manner.
The casework outcomes achieved by the PrioritEyes Rehabilitation worker have been excellent and very positive, innovative and very client centred. I would certainly use PrioritEyes for other assignments.”
